How to get admitted at ZHSUST?


Application for Admission

Application Form, Admission Instructions, Prospectus of ZHSUST University and other related information are available at the Admission Desk.A complete application includes:

  • Completed Application Form
  • Two passport size color photographs, duly attested
  • Attested copies of Certificates and Mark Sheets of all Examinations (SSC, HSC etc.)
  • Testimonial/Letter of Recommendation from Institution last attended

Admission Test

All candidates will have to sit for a written admission test and an interview in the manner as described:

Candidates for BA in English and LLB (Hons): Written admission test in English and Logical Reasoning.
Candidates for BBA, B.Sc in Computer Science, B.Sc in Civil Engineering, B.Sc in Electrical Engineering & Electronics: Written Admission test in English, Logical reasoning, and Mathematics.

In order to qualify, candidates must pass each section and subsection separately with minimum 40% marks. Those who qualify in the written test will be called for interview for final selection.

Required Documents for Submission

Attested Photocopy of all Mark Sheets and Certificates/Testimonial. Three copies of recent colored passport sized photographs. A Level appeared candidates are required to submit attested photocopy of A2 Statement of Entry and Mark Sheets of their A’S LEVEL Exam. HSC Appeared candidates are required to submit Appeared Certificate, attested photocopies of HSC Admit Card & Registration Card.

Minimum Qualification for Admission

ZHSUST admits students with the potential of pursuing higher education. It welcomes applications from the students regardless of their gender, religion, age, race, national origin, social background, marital or parental status and disability. It is also committed to the principles of widening participation and encouraging applicants from disadvantaged and underprivileged backgrounds. It may be noted that admission in some of our programs may be competitive and fulfilling the minimum requirement may not guarantee admission. ZHSUST generally follow a policy of limiting the number of seats in a program which means that some students having eligibility often may not get admission.
